2. A non-returnable deposit of £50.00
part of the total rent is payable on booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before
your booked holiday. Cheques should be made payable to Mr.

3. Provisional bookings are held for
seven days pending receipt of booking form and deposit.
4. In the event of cancellation, please
inform us under the cover of a letter. You are liable for the balance of rental
in full, but we shall endeavor to re-let. It is in your interest to seek
insurance against this event.
5. Cottages are available from 2.30 pm.
on the Saturday of arrival until 10 a.m. on the Saturday of departure.
6. Cottages are let and furnished for
the number of people specified in the brochure and/or website and this number
must not be exceeded.
7. You undertake to keep the accommodation and all furniture, fixtures
and fittings in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of the
holiday and to leave
the accommodation clean and tidy. You will be charged for the cost of any
damage, breakages
or extra cleaning required.
8. Car, contents, luggage and
personal belongings are at owner's risk.
9. Electricity is included in your
rental throughout the year Some Logs and solid fuel for the wood burning stoves
available. [Full supply early and late season] 10. Pets or One dog
are accepted, [More than one dog by arrangement. They must be kept under strict
control at all times. Dogs must be on a lead when outside near the cottage, and
must never be left unattended inside the cottages. All pets must have their own
bedding and must not be allowed on the furniture or upstairs. Any damage or
cleaning after your pet is you’re responsibly .Will be accessed by our cleaner
and you will be charged accordingly.
11. Welcome cottage is Not strictly
no-smoking cottage but. We would ask you to refrain from smoking as far as
possible inside so as not to affect other guests. 12. We make no claim that the cottage is
Child friendly but we have gone some way by providing Cot, Highchair, Safety
Gates, Fire guard ETC.
13 Disable and Infirm Visitors. The
approach to the cottage is level and only one low step to its entrance there is
one flight of stairs with hand rails on both sides to first floor double bedroom and bath room and walk in
large shower.
